" Our children have been attending K Martial Arts Centre for several years and I can't think of anything I would want to see different with the school and its programs. Having spent years in Taekwondo and Hapkido myself, I think studying martial arts brings benefits in all areas of life. For children, it teaches them discipline, respect, confidence, cooperation, good health practices and more. Rarely in years being around a dojang, have I ever seen a child crying or losing control. Kids that study and stay in taekwondo become good adults.
Master Park, his instructors and Jenny, run a very good school. Master Park is involved and instructs almost all classes, which is often rare for such a high level master. I am thrilled for what my kids and our friends have learned at K Martial Arts school and I highly recommend the school for everyone. "

" I can describe this school as an excellent place to go for a personal and physical grow. Since I start practicing martial arts in this school I start to develop my physical condition and Master Park help me step by step to improve my knowledge of fundamental basics of Taekwondo and Hapkido Martial Arts (all exercises, kicking, punching, moves and self defense skills). Master Park is a Professional Martial Arts Master with an excellent experience, very creative and inspiring person. The school and class has a modern style, clean, with all supplies needed for the training! I believe this school can help me achieve my goals."

" Many Taekwondo and other martial arts schools are "black belt factories", where the owners are more interested in making money than truly teaching. Master Park and his assistant instructors are NOT of this type. Master Park has a true passion for Taekwondo and Hapkido, teaching both in the highly respectful, professional manner that each art deserves. His passion is reflected in the time and energy he puts in to his classes, and after having tried other schools across Canada and in Korea, I can honestly say this is one of the best I have ever been to. If you just want a black belt to pose with in selfies, go elsewhere, but if you are looking to truly enjoy and learn a martial art, then look no further and come here, regardless of what your previous experience may be. "

" This is a school which treats Taekwondo and Hapkido with extreme respect, emphasizing tradition, community, and perseverance instead of mere calorie burning. You should be prepared to work a sweat, but also expect to gain a new vision of what your body and spirit can accomplish with each day. With each class your self-confidence grows, along with your fitness. Of course, this wouldn't be possible without an excellent instructor, but luckily Master Park is one of the best instructors you can train under. He has a talent for challenging you with tough goals, but guides you passionately and precisely on how to overcome them. His passion for Taekwondo and Hapkido shows when he instructs adults and youths. As for kids (age 4 to 12), he treats them very well with the utmost patience and dignity. His goal is clear through his actions: he wants his students to succeed. The dojang itself is clean and rather simple, but it is your efforts in it which will make the place come to life.
Simply said, when it comes to martial arts schools, this place is one of the best you will find. "

" I took free self-difense class. It was fun and good opportunity to exercise for me. We practiced how to punch and kick at first.And we learned some techniques to protect myself in wired situations, so it was helpful too. I want to participate in another class again! "

" Great instructors . Paid one time fee of $99 for my little girl to experience martial arts and exercise. Good schedule, nice instructors and fun class. Would highly recommend. Class activity suitable for age level. "

"The training hall is very clean. Master Park has taught me many things over my 2 years at the K Martial Arts Centre, but giving up was never one of them. Unlike many other training halls, Master Park awards you with official belts and certificates from the World Taekwondo Federation, and the Korea Hapkido Total Federation. If you are considering on coming to train with us, then we'd be happy to have you here! "

He personalizes teaching styles to suit different students. The studio is accessible, right beside Gilmore station. The community is also supportive which is motivating. "
